Inspired by the novel 'Naissance de Rebecca à l'ère des tourments' by Québécoise author Marie-Claire Blais, this short film adaptation is the story of Rebecca, an eighteen-year-old biracial girl, who is bound in an imaginary world shaped by her black mother's painful past.
